“Soo’s presence works just as well online and I have still felt her warmth and benefitted from her lovely calming voice on her YouTube and Soundcloud online meditations. Soo is kind, sensitive and very professional and I would recommend her to anyone. I respect her enormously”

“Thank your for all your help and understanding, you have guided me through the worst time of my life and brought me out the other side.  I am so grateful.

When I started I felt I was stuck with all this grief forever and you couldn't help me, but we reached places of acceptance and relief I never thought possible.  I have found calm and peace with things that took over my life.

I don't get myself worked up and stewing on things like I used to.  You've taught me how to ground and centre and regulate my breathing.  I have a toolkit to turn to now when things get triggered or tough.

Now I am nearly back to my old self and more open with my loved ones and found my humour again.  I have more trust in myself now and it's nice not to feel guilty about living my life again after such a deep loss.”

“As a therapist for 20 years, I have realized that a person can intellectually “know” a lot of things. For example one can read lots of books, go to many trainings…etc.  Despite this knowledge, one can remain stuck in self defeating behavior and thought patterns that may have served us well earlier in life to manage through trauma but now only serve to disrupt our path. I say this to give the reader some context of my training and background. I am no stranger to therapy techniques.

In a very short time, I have had genuinely life changing personal breakthroughs while working with Soo. I wish words were adequate to describe my experience in session with her. Her energetic presence immediately puts me at ease and provides a wonderfully safe environment. Her intuition is incredible as she seems to be able to identify and highlight phrases, words and behaviors she observed while I am speaking. These are things that  I am not consciously aware of and go unnoticed by me but have been extremely helpful and crucial in working through past trauma that has been trapped within.

She uses a variety of strategies and methods, all of which work so harmoniously together and lend to a very healing environment.

The work we do lasts long after the sessions and I have made incredible break throughs both personally and professionally.

Due to just one of these break throughs, I have been able to be more productive in the past 2 months than in my entire life with regard to starting a business I have always wanted to start. I feel from the work we have done together, I have been able to allow myself to be my true authentic self and not the “self” I felt I had to be.

She is a blessing in every way. I am so serious when I say, you will not regret seeing her. And, I am certain you will greatly benefit from your time with her”

“What always strikes me about Soo is how genuine she is and how she lives what she teaches, both with her Mindful practice and her coaching.  She has obviously learned her wisdom and kindness on her own road to wellness and I find this so reassuring - Soo knows her theory but speaks from experience.   Just being in the same room as her is both a comforting, strengthening and grounding experience and she has shown an ability to know just what to say to help me make lasting change as I work on anxiety and trauma”

“I could tell from the off that Soo would be the warm and open-minded person who I wanted to work with. I am neurodivergent and most therapists find me intense or overwhelming. Soo has never made assumptions about me. She is conscientiously and diligently helping me to become more compassionate towards myself and to build a safe space where I can collaboratively work on my trauma with her, while getting on with my busy life”

“I am delighted to share my heartfelt testimonial for Soo Strong - an exceptional trauma-informed embodiment therapist, who has transformed my life in profound ways. Her unique blend of modalities, her gentle approach and her adaptive nature have been a guiding light on my healing journey. It is evident that she possesses a deep understanding of trauma and its effects on the mind, body and spirit.

What sets Soo apart is her diverse range of modalities and techniques. During our times together, she seamlessly weaves together various therapeutic approaches and her ability to tailor our sessions to suit my needs is really remarkable. She recognises that healing is not a linear path and understands the importance of meeting me where I’m at at any given moment.

Soo exudes warmth and understanding, creating a safe space where vulnerability and self discovery can flourish. I always feel heard, seen and validated in her presence, which has been instrumental in my healing journey. I will be forever grateful for the invaluable support and guidance she has provided.

In addition to her therapeutic expertise, Soo is also a skilled coach. She has the unique ability to blend coaching techniques with embodied therapy, providing valuable guidance and support beyond the confines of our sessions. Her insightful questions and practical tools have empowered me to integrate my healing into my daily life, creating lasting change and personal growth.

I wholeheartedly recommend Soo to anyone seeking an embodiment therapist/coach who can compassionately guide them towards profound healing and personal transformation.”
