Nervous System Training Programme

A 12-Week Embodied Programme for Practitioners

Over twelve weeks you will:

• Map your autonomic states in real time
• Build regulation capacity and flexibility
• Deepen your relational presence
• Integrate Polyvagal principles into client care
• Move through Anchoring, Accepting and Embodied Action

The programme integrates beautifully with existing modalities such as Focusing, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Felt Sense Polyvagal Focusing, supporting you to bring more regulation, safety, and steadiness into your work.

I am a trained facilitator in Jan Winhall’s Felt Sense Polyvagal Model.

This programme draws from that lineage while remaining personal, relational and experiential.
