The Confident Embodied Practitioner is someone who has built enough internal safety to work with steadiness, clarity, and embodied self-trust & flow.
This 12-week embodied programme supports practitioners to build nervous system capacity from the inside out — so confidence and embodiment becomes sustainable, relational, and real
Common Problems for Practitioners:
You Look Capable
You care deeply
You show up well prepared
You know the theory and practices
Yet Inside Feels different
You push past tiredness
You override doubt
You go full steam ahead
Eventually, you energetically and mentally crash
Self-care feels a huge effort
Experiences can Include
Fatigue
Irritability
Brain fog
Self-criticism
Overwhelm
Self-doubt
Fears you are not good enough
Shame and isolation
There is Another Way
You do not have to swing between intensity and collapse
You can recognise activation before it becomes overdrive
You can build resilience without abandoning yourself
You can lead from steadiness instead of urgency.
This is a bottom-up model of confidence
Not performance training
Not pushing harder
Not learning more just to feel good enough
It is learning how to be at home within yourself
Building deep safety first
It is about confidence rooted in regulation, which changes how you practise, how you speak, how you lead.
Nervous System Training Programme
A 12-Week Embodied Programme for Practitioners
Over twelve weeks you will:
• Map your autonomic states in real time
• Build regulation capacity and flexibility
• Deepen your relational presence
• Integrate Polyvagal principles into client care
• Move through Anchoring, Accepting and Embodied Action
This is trauma-informed, experiential work.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This training is for:
• Coaches
• Therapists
• Bodyworkers
• Polyvagal-informed practitioners
• Helping professionals supporting change
This is for you if:
• You want lived, embodied understanding — not more theory
• You want regulation to be protective, not performative
• You want sustainable presence in your work
• You are ready to build confidence from the inside out
The programme integrates beautifully with existing modalities such as Focusing, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Felt Sense Polyvagal Focusing, supporting you to bring more regulation, safety, and steadiness into your work.
Rooted in the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model
I am a trained facilitator in Jan Winhall’s Felt Sense Polyvagal Model.
This programme draws from that lineage while remaining personal, relational and experiential.
You will embody regulation — not just understand it.
““What is true is already so. Owning up to it doesn’t make it worse. Not being open about it doesn’t make it go away. And because it’s true, it is what is there to be interacted with. Anything untrue isn’t there to be lived. People can stand what is true, for they are already enduring it.” ”
- Eugene Gendlin - Founder of Focusing
What Makes this Course Different?
There are many trainings that explain Polyvagal Theory clearly and professionally
There are fewer that prioritise the practitioner’s own regulation first in a small group of up to 8 participants
Experiential workshop style facillitated group
You will be taught by someone who has lived the disconnection and overwhelm and models moving from decades of surving into thriving
Going beyond the professional mask allows for new insights, growth and integration
Learning how to map your own nervous system states in community connections will change how you live and work
This is a deeply personal and intimate group that will transform your relationship with yourself and others
Every aspect of this course is through the nervous system lens
We building on each module for more and more capacity within a flexible nervous system
Your work becomes powerful and sustainable as you have a deeper connection to you, others and the world around you and regulation resources as your foundation
Safety, safety safety - the heart of our 12 weeks together and safety is the only thing that will shift the overwhelm, criticism and stuckness.
Weeks 11 and 12 participants choice of content
I am a nervous system coach and group facilitator, and a trained facilitator in the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model.
My work brings together Polyvagal Theory, Focusing, and trauma-informed practice in a way that is relational, experiential and grounded in real life
I don’t teach from a professional pedestal
I teach as someone who has walked this path
Regulation becomes the ground beneath your client practice
When you feel safer inside your own system, your work and life changes naturally
You are in safe hands with me as safety is the foundation of everything I offer
My daily commitment to regulation is not theoretical.
It is a lived practice.
That lived experience shapes how I hold this space.
Warm, boundaried and fully human.
There are just five spaces left in this small, carefully held group.
Each place is agreed through a discovery call, so we can both sense whether this is the right time, the right container, and the right support for you.
